ADD FEATURE AS SOLUTION FOR BETTER EXPERIENCE
HR Management Mobile App
Genius HR is a dedicated employee management platform designed to streamline human resource operations. While the application successfully provided core HR services, there was a significant opportunity to elevate the user experience by integrating advanced task management capabilities.
This project focused on bridging the gap between HR administration and daily operational productivity. By leveraging modern design principles and robust task-tracking features, we aimed to create a more efficient ecosystem for HR managers, employees, and stakeholders alike.

As companies undergo digital transformation, managing human resources is no longer just about attendance and payroll—it’s about managing output. Through user feedback and research, we identified several critical pain points:
Lack of Task Transparency: Users struggled to track or control detailed job descriptions, leading to confusion and decreased productivity.
Missing Management Tools: There was no centralized system for managers to Create, Read, Update, or Delete (CRUD) tasks, making workload distribution manual and disorganized.
Invisible Progress: Employees and managers lacked a visual indicator (percentage-based progress) for ongoing projects, making it difficult to estimate completion timelines or identify bottlenecks.
Information Overload vs. Structure: Without a dedicated To-Do list or task hierarchy, users felt overwhelmed by the lack of structure in their daily responsibilities.

To address these challenges, I redefined the "How Might We" (HMW) statement to focus on minimizing friction in task oversight. The resulting solution introduced a suite of features designed to turn Genius HR into a high-performance management tool:
End-to-End Task Management (CRUD): Empowered managers with a comprehensive dashboard to assign, edit, and oversee tasks, ensuring every team member knows exactly what is expected of them.
Visual Activity Progress: Integrated progress bars and percentage trackers for projects, providing real-time transparency into the status of every ongoing assignment.
Granular Job Descriptions: Refined the UI to display detailed job breakdowns, ensuring that "job descriptions" are no longer static text but actionable task items.
Personalized To-Do Lists: Added a streamlined To-Do list feature for employees to help them prioritize daily tasks and stay focused on immediate goals.
Optimized User Flow: Simplified the navigation to ensure that switching between core HR functions and task management is intuitive and seamless, maintaining a "user-friendly" experience across all modules.
The transition to a more modern, intuitive iconography system and the inclusion of real-time progress indicators—as seen in the seamless mobile mockups—demonstrates a high level of design maturity that effectively addresses the previous challenges of job transparency and employee engagement.
